World Health Day 2024

COPD Support Ireland celebrated World Health Day 2024 at the Sheraton Hotel, Athlone on 7th April 2024 with a free in person member’s event.

It was a wonderful day with two panel discussions, demonstrations of Gardening and Art therapy, Activator Poles, Meditation, Tai Chi, Chair Yoga and Laughter Yoga! SingStrong, along with members of our Tallaght, Clare and Limerick groups led us into lunch with a fantastic demonstration with everyone joining in the songs!

The Sheraton Hotel provided us with a delicious lunch, followed by a COPD Support Ireland 10th Anniversary cake! We had a whole host of raffle prizes and awards to end the day on a high! Thank you to all who came and helped us celebrate!
